Welcome to the fourth meeting in 2020 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. We have apologies from Jamie Halcro Johnston and Mark Ruskell. I invite Edward Mountain MSP, who joins us as the substitute for Jamie Halcro Johnston, to declare any relevant interests.

I have no relevant interests to declare, but I would like to make the committee aware of my register of interests, which includes interests in land, farming, an inshore fishery and properties.
