Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the Local Government and Regeneration Committee’s 28th meeting in 2012. As usual, I ask everyone to ensure that they have switched off mobile phones and other electronic equipment.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. We are asked to consider whether to take agenda item 3, which concerns our approach to a forthcoming inquiry, in private. Are we agreed?
