Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Patrick Harvie)

Good afternoon. I welcome everyone to the 22nd meeting in 2010 of the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee and remind you that all electronic devices should be turned off and not just switched to silent. We have received apologies from Jackson Carlaw and are expecting Alasdair Allan to turn up as committee substitute for Shirley-Anne Somerville.

The first of the five items on our agenda is to decide whether to take in private item 4, which is consideration of our approach to the proposed Scottish Water bill, and item 5, which relates to the appointment of an adviser on the draft budget. Does the committee agree to take those items in private?

Members indicated agreement.
