Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the fourth meeting in 2013 of the Justice Committee. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely, as they interfere with the broadcasting system even when they are switched to silent. Apologies have been received from David McLetchie. Jenny Marra will be late, because of the wrong kind of snow on the line.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take consideration of our approach to the forthcoming victims and witnesses (Scotland) bill in private at future meetings?
