Is the committee satisfied with the response from the Scottish Government on the matter that we raised about terminology in regulation 5A that is to be inserted into the Additional Support for Learning (Co-ordinated Support Plan) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005, and do we agree to welcome the Scottish Government’s statement that, in the interests of consistency, it will amend the regulations at the next available opportunity?
