Child Support Appeals (Jurisdiction of Courts) (Scotland) Order 2003 (draft)
I presume that we should draw the attention of the lead committee and the Parliament to the order, as we have noted a failure to comply with proper drafting practice. The Executive has acknowledged that, although the drafting does not affect the legality of the order. The Executive has explained what it meant in the first place, and we thank it for that. It was gracious in acknowledging that it could have done better and it did do better.
