Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 21st meeting in 2012 of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. As usual, I ask everyone to ensure that they have switched off mobile phones and other electronic equipment.

The first item on the agenda is to consider whether to take in private item 4, on our approach to forthcoming legislation. Are we all agreed?
