No points arise on the order, but there are several minor points that we can raise informally. It is worth noting that amendments made by articles 2(9) and 2(10) of the order rectify mistakes that we identified in our consideration of the principal order—the Plant Health (Scotland) Order 2005 (SSI 2005/613)—in 2005.
