I call the meeting to order and welcome everybody to this meeting of the Audit Committee. I will make my usual announcement about mobile phones and pagers—switch them off. The committee gets very annoyed if such modern implements disturb our proceedings.

I have an apology from Margaret Jamieson. Are there any other apologies for today's meeting? There are none. I believe that Margaret Ewing MSP hopes to be here later. She will be welcome if she attends.
