Agenda item 3 concerns a brief report that the committee has discussed previously. The paper recommends a change to standing orders to allow committee meetings to be held on plenary days when a plenary meeting is suspended, which is typically for a meal break. If we do not require to discuss the matter, do we agree to the terms of the report?
