Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning colleagues. Welcome to the second meeting in 2012 of the Referendum (Scotland) Bill Committee. I have received no apologies.

We have a number of items to get through but, first of all, I remind members—including myself, as I have probably not done this—to switch off their mobile phones, as they can interfere with the sound system.

That takes us to agenda item 1, which is to decide whether we take in private item 4 and, at future meetings, consideration of a draft report. Are members agreed?
