Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon and welcome to the sixth meeting of the European and External Relations Committee. Members and everyone else should ensure that all electronic equipment is switched off, as it interferes with the sound system. We have received no apologies, so we will crack on.

The first item is a decision on taking business in private. Do members agree to take item 6 in private to allow us to discuss the evidence on Scotland’s draft budget that we will take this afternoon?
