Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 26th meeting of the Justice Committee in 2013. I ask everyone to switch off their mobile phones and other electronic devices completely, as they interfere with the broadcasting system even when they are switched to silent.

No apologies have been received.

I invite the committee to agree to consider a draft stage 1 report on the Tribunals (Scotland) Bill, under item 6 today and at future meetings, in private. Is that agreed?
