Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good afternoon and welcome to the 18th meeting of the Finance Committee in 2009, in the third session of the Scottish Parliament. I ask members and the public to turn off their mobile phones and pagers, please. I have received apologies from Linda Fabiani.
Item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private item 5, which is a further discussion on our approach to stage 1 scrutiny of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Bill. Does the committee agree to take item 5 in private, as I propose that we do?
