Decision on Taking Business in Private

Right, colleagues, let us make a start. I welcome members—I do not think that we have any press or public present—and ask everyone to check that their phone is off. No apologies have been received; we are all here.

The first item this morning is a decision on whether to take item 3 in private. We will take item 4 in private as well, but that is a continuation, so that decision has already been taken. Does the committee agree to take item 3 in private?
