Parliamentary Bureau Motion

The next item of business is consideration of a Parliamentary Bureau motion. I ask Bruce Crawford to move motion S3M-1646, on the approval of a Scottish statutory instrument.

Motion moved,

That the Parliament agrees that the draft Companies Act 2006 (Scottish public sector companies to be audited by the Auditor General for Scotland) Order 2008 be approved.—[Bruce Crawford.]

The question on the motion will be put at decision time.
