Welcome to the sixth meeting in 2026 of the Criminal Justice Committee. We have received no apologies. As I have done at previous meetings, I welcome Yi-pei Chou Turvey MSP as an observer.
Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Item 6 is consideration of the evidence that the committee will hear today, and item 7 is consideration of a draft report on the supplementary legislative consent memorandum on the Armed Forces Bill.
