There are five questions to be put as a result of today's business. The first question is, that motion S1M-3369, in the name of Cathy Jamieson, on the general principles of the Protection of Children (Scotland) Bill be agreed to.

the Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2002 (SSI 2002/496).
