There are two questions to be put as a result of today's business. The first question is, that motion S2M-193, in the name of Cathy Jamieson, on the general principles of the Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

The second question is, that motion S2M-224, in the name of Andy Kerr, on the financial resolution in respect of the Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

That the Parliament, for the purposes of any Act of the Parliament resulting from the Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Bill, agrees to any increase, in consequence of the Act, in expenditure charged on, or payable out of, the Scottish Consolidated Fund.
