The next item of business is consideration of legislative consent motion S3M-3653, in the name of Nicola Sturgeon, on the Welfare Reform Bill, which is United Kingdom legislation.
Motion moved,
That the Parliament agrees that the relevant provisions of the Welfare Reform Bill, introduced in the House of Commons on 14 January 2009, relating to a Right to Control for disabled people, so far as these matters fall within the legislative competence of the Scottish Parliament, should be considered by the UK Parliament.—[Nicola Sturgeon.]
The question will be put at decision time.
