Good morning, everybody—thank you for joining us, and welcome to the fourth meeting in session 7 of the Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee.
We have apologies from Keith Brown, and I welcome Heather Anderson, who joins us as his committee substitute. That being the case, the first item of business is to invite her to declare any interests that are relevant to the committee’s remit.
