Point of Order

Martin Whitfield (South Scotland) (Lab)

On a point of order, Presiding Officer. The Government has approached the Parliament to make a ministerial statement in relation to a report that is due to be published later today, although it was originally due to be published yesterday. On social media, elements of that report are already circulating. I seek your advice on how members in the chamber can have the same advantage as those who sit outside it of seeing the report before the minister makes the statement.

The Deputy Presiding Officer (Annabelle Ewing)

I thank the member for his point of order. I have not yet had a chance to see those reports about the report. We will reflect and consider the terms of those matters and revert to the chamber later, if that is in order.
