Motions without Notice

Good morning. Before we start, I am minded to take two motions without notice in the name of Patricia Ferguson. The first is that the Parliament agrees that rule 5.6.1(c) of standing orders be suspended for the purpose of members' business today. The second is that the Parliament agrees a revision to the programme of business to take us into extra time for two members' business debates tonight.
