Good morning, and welcome to the eighth meeting in session 7 of the Criminal Justice Committee.

Our first item of business is consideration of whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. Item 5 is a review of the evidence that we will hear this morning, and item 6 is consideration of a draft report on the draft instrument that we will consider today.
