The second question is, that motion S1M-2156, in the name of Angus MacKay, on the financial resolution in respect of the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

That the Parliament, for the purposes of any Act of the Scottish Parliament resulting from the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Bill, agrees to any increase in expenditure payable out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund in consequence of the Act.
The third question is, that motion S1M-2164, in the name of Sarah Boyack, that the Erskine Bridge Toll Bill be passed, be agreed to. Are we agreed?
