On a point of order, Presiding Officer. Yesterday, the Scottish Government issued a press release announcing a regeneration project in Glasgow, which everyone knows is a Scottish National Party target. I have written to the permanent secretary to the Scottish Government to complain about the clear possibility that purdah guidance was ignored. Will you advise whether there are any grounds for bringing the minister in question before the Parliament next week to explain how on earth a Government announcement with the clear possibility of influencing party politics was allowed to go out?
I thank Mr Thomson for his point of order. Such questions are matters for the ministerial code and should be pursued directly with the Scottish Government.
