Public Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/282)

We move to agenda item 2. Members will find a cover note on the subordinate legislation in their papers. We must consider the Public Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/282) under the negative procedure. As members are aware, it is rare for this committee to consider subordinate legislation, but our consideration of the instrument is topical in that it involves regulations that relate to the accession of Croatia to the European Union. No motion to annul the instrument has been lodged. Do members have any comments?
