Convener's Report

The next item is the convener's report. Colleagues will recall that, at the previous meeting, we asked for further information on infringements and infractions. Christine Boch, our legal adviser, along with Stephen Imrie and Scotland Europa, has provided a helpful summary of the procedures. It is a factual paper for the committee's information. I recommend that the committee notes the paper and thanks the clerks and Scotland Europa for the work that they have put into providing the paper. Is that agreed?
