I welcome everyone to this morning's meeting of the Finance Committee. Given the inclement weather conditions, attendance is quite good. We have two apologies, one from Mike Watson and the other from David Davidson, who is not well in Peterhead.

First, I must ask whether the committee agrees to take agenda items 2 and 8 in private. Do members agree?
