Colleagues, I open this meeting of the Finance Committee and welcome you back after the recess. I make my usual warning about mobile phones and pagers—that has sent one or two members scurrying, I see.

As you can see, we have a fairly lengthy agenda. We have had apologies, as far as I am aware, only from George Lyon.
