Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, and welcome to the 24th meeting in 2025 of the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee. Our first item of business is a decision on taking items 3, 4 and 5 in private. Item 3 is consideration of a draft report on the legislative consent memorandum on the Planning and Infrastructure Bill. Item 4 is consideration of the committee’s approach to stage 1 scrutiny of the Ecocide (Scotland) Bill, and item 5 is consideration of the committee’s work programme.
