Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 11th meeting in 2009 of the Equal Opportunities Committee—the final meeting before the summer recess. I remind all who are present, including members, that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off completely, because they interfere with the sound system even when they are switched to silent. We have received apologies from Elaine Smith and Bill Kidd.

Agenda item 1 is to agree to consider in private a first draft of the report on our inquiry into female offenders in the criminal justice system at the committee's first meeting after the summer recess, which is on 8 September. Are we agreed?
