I welcome members and Audit Scotland officials to this meeting of the Audit Committee. I remind everybody that all mobile phones and pagers should be switched off. The clerk has indicated that no apologies have been notified.

Item 1 is committee business. I seek members' approval to take agenda items 2, 4 and 5 in private, as they are internal, housekeeping matters. Do we agree to take those items in private?
