Item 1 is to invite David Davidson to declare any relevant interests.

Mr David Davidson (North-East Scotland) (Con):

I declare the interests that are recorded in the register of interests, plus two recent ones that have not yet been recorded. One is effective as of now, as I am a postgraduate course adviser to the school of public administration and law at the Robert Gordon University. Also, as of 28 September, I will be a member of the Scottish centre of tourism's advisory board at the Robert Gordon University.
