Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the ninth meeting in 2013 of the European and External Relations Committee. I make the usual request that mobile phones and electronic gadgets be turned off, as they interfere with the broadcasting system.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take agenda item 4 in private. I remind the committee that we previously agreed to take items 5 and 6 in private. Do members agree to take item 4 in private?
