Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good morning. I welcome members to the ninth meeting in the Parliament's third session of the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee. We have been joined by two committee substitutes: Hugh O'Donnell replaces Jeremy Purvis and Richard Baker replaces Kenneth Macintosh. I welcome you both to the committee.
Under the first item on our agenda, we must decide whether to take in private agenda item 4, which is consideration of our approach to the budget process 2008-09. That will include discussion of which witnesses we should invite to give evidence and it is usual to consider such matters in private. Do we all agree?
Members indicated agreement.
