Good morning, and welcome to the 15th meeting in 2025 of the Economy and Fair Work Committee.
Our first item of business is a decision on whether to take item 3 in private. Are members content to take that item in private?

Before we move into private for the remainder of the meeting, I put on record that the committee had planned to hear from Unite the Union this morning, following publication of the project willow report on plans for Grangemouth’s industrial future. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, that session has been cancelled, which is the reason for our revised agenda today.
We now move into private for the remaining agenda items.
