Item 4 on the agenda is consideration of subordinate legislation in the form of two negative Scottish statutory instruments. Do members have any comments on either instrument?

There have been no motions to annul, and the Subordinate Legislation Committee determined that it did not need to report the instruments to the Parliament. Since members have indicated that they have no comments, do we agree that the committee has no recommendation to make on SSI 2009/39 and SSI 2009/40?
