I welcome members to the first meeting of the Audit Committee in 2002. I wish members of the committee, staff, everyone at Audit Scotland and the general public a very good and successful new year. We have apologies from Margaret Jamieson and Lloyd Quinan. I make my usual announcement about mobile phones and pagers—they should all be switched off.

Agenda item 1 is to seek the committee's approval to take items 3 and 4 in private. Is that agreed?
