Good afternoon. I suggest that we take the final item of the meeting in private. Is that agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

I remind members that tomorrow's meeting—if it goes ahead—will be in private. I would also like to suggest that we take item 2 on the agenda first, to accommodate Mike Russell who wants to discuss this item, but who has to attend a Parliamentary Bureau meeting later. After item 2, we will go back to item 1, on committee business.
