Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the fifth meeting in session 3 of the Equal Opportunities Committee. I remind everyone, including members, that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off completely as they interfere with the sound system, even when they are switched to silent. We have received no apologies.

Item 1 is to ask whether to take item 5 in private. Do members agree?
