Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 14th meeting in 2009 of the Equal Opportunities Committee and remind all those present to switch off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as they interfere with the sound system even when switched to silent. We have received apologies from Hugh O'Donnell.

The first item of business is to decide whether to discuss in private at future meetings our draft report to the Finance Committee on the Scottish Government's draft budget. Are members agreed?
