In relation to the draft First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Local Taxation Chamber and Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Composition and Procedure) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2023, does the committee wish to welcome that the instrument fulfils a commitment by the Scottish Government to correct a cross-referencing error in Scottish statutory instrument 2021/249, which was introduced by an amending instrument, SSI 2023/46, as reported on by the committee on 10 January 2023?
