Good morning and welcome to the 22nd meeting in 2017 of the Public Audit and Post-legislative Scrutiny Committee. Will everybody make sure that their mobile devices are switched off or on silent mode so that they do not interfere with the work of the committee?

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Are we agreed to take agenda item 3 in private?
