Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. This is the 17th meeting in 2018 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. I ask everyone to turn off any electronic equipment such as phones that might go off and thereby interfere with the recording of the committee.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take in private item 4, which is on the code of conduct for MSPs, and item 5, which is a discussion of correspondence that we have received?
