Good afternoon. I welcome everyone to the 29th meeting in 2020 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee.

We have received apologies from Bill Bowman. I welcome Oliver Mundell to the meeting. Before we proceed to look at the instruments on our agenda, in accordance with section 3 of the “Code of Conduct for Members of the Scottish Parliament”, I invite Oliver Mundell to declare any interests that are relevant to the committee’s remit.
