Agenda item 1 is consideration of an instrument that is subject to negative procdure. The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee considered the instrument at its meeting on 7 May and determined that it did not need to draw Parliament’s attention to it on any grounds within its remit. If members have no comments to make, does the committee agree to make no recommendation on the instrument?
