Decisions on Taking Business in Private

I welcome members to the 21st meeting in 2018 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee.

We have a number of items on the agenda. Item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private item 3, which relates to correspondence from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland. Do members agree to take item 3 in private?

We move on to item 2. Does the committee agree to take consideration of its work programme in private, at a future meeting?
