Good morning and welcome to the 20th meeting in 2019 of the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Affairs Committee. I remind members and the public to turn off mobile phones, and any members who are using electronic devices to access committee papers to ensure that they are turned to silent.

I have the pleasure this morning of welcoming two new committee members. I welcome Mike Rumbles and Donald Cameron to the committee—we are glad to have you. I also put on record my thanks to Jamie Greene for his valuable contribution to the committee.
