Agenda item 3 concerns the approach to the committee’s inquiry. We have just had a full discussion in which we considered the letters that had come from the First Minister and the permanent secretary. Members have agreed that we will write to both the First Minister and the permanent secretary for clarification and also for further information from the permanent secretary with regard to the retrieval of information.
The committee also agreed that its next meeting will be on 20 June.
